Breath of Fire - La respiration de Feu

Powerful ! The "breath of fire" is a fundamental breath technique used in Kundalini Yoga. This rapid and
continuous breath (2-3 respirations per second) strengthens and rebalances the nervous system resulting in
increased physical stamina and the elimination of toxins in the bloodstream and the lungs. The resulting
contractions and increases of pressure in the nerve plexuses and glandular centers cause these areas to
fire and become completely charged.

Kundalini Yoga

« Kundalini » is the flow of energy and consciousness that exists within each of us and enables us to merge with or "yoke" the universal Self. Kundalini yoga is based on kriyas, or specially formulated sets of exercises. This allows you to target specific areas and work on exactly those aspects of yourself that need focus at the current time.
